independents. This practice guarantees continuity in the eventuality of
resignation of field salespeople.

in the business of the manufacturers. Because of past industry experience and
present performance, Metra principals sit with many factories on advisory
boards. This builds strong ties and helps to promote long-range relationships
with the manufacturers. Metra participates in forecasting, marketing, and
product introduction as part of their role on these boards.
The partners continually
investigate methods of doing business in the market. This is an ongoing effort.
It requires travel and constant exposure. The partners experience involves them
in all markets with many of the top and intermediate level people in the
business. These relationships are continually cultivated as part of the
learning process.
