Key Personnel Review and Responsibilities

Herb Schneider is a college graduate having majored in accounting. Before Joining Metra, he was in public accounting for a major firm. Herb is General Manager. Herb has been with Metra since 1988.

Dick Sousa is a college graduate having majored in business administration. Before joining Metra, he was V.P. Sales for a major industrial wire products manufacturer. Dick is Metra's wire & cable specialist. Dick has been with Metra since 1997.

Darryl Abrams is a college graduate and has been in the electrical industry for 24 years; with Metra since 2005. Before joining Metra he was Purchasing Manager for a large Electrical contractor and Operations Manager for a large Electrical Distributor in Florida. In addition to handling key accounts in the Orlando market, Darryl is the Florida sales manager with responsibility to drive new product sales throughout the state.

Charlie Gomez is a college graduate having majored in business administration. Before joining Metra, he was in outside sales for a national wholesaler chain. Charlie is in outside sales. Charlie has been with Metra since 1986.

Jack Joyner is a college graduate having majored in business administration. Before joining Metra, Jack was General Manager of a large competitive agency in Florida. Jack is in outside sales. Jack has been with Metra since 1998.

Scott Robbins has been in the electrical business for 27 years. Scott spent fourteen years with Leviton Manufacturing company,10 of those years as Florida Regional manager;ten years in electrical distribution,and 3 years in the agency business prior to joining Metra's outside sales team. Scott has been with Metra since 2007.

Michael Doyle has been in the electrical business for approximately twenty years; with Metra since 1999. Before joining Metra, Michael was an outside sales rep for a large competitive agency in Florida. Michael is in outside sales.

Bobby Padgham has been in the electrical business since 1983; with Metra since 2002. Before joining Metra, he was in field sales for a Florida manufacturer's representative. Bobby is in outside sales.

Scott Justice has been in the electrical business over 20 years. For 18 years Scott was responsible for HD's Florida, Power and Light business. Scott is in outside sales with special focus on utilities throughout Florida.

Mary Cunningham has been in the electrical business for twenty-one years; with Metra since 1988. Before joining Metra, Mary was in inside sales for a local manufacturer's representative. Mary is the inside sales manager.

Scott MacEachron had 14 years in the electrical industry with Graybar, GE, and Grainger before joining Metra. Scott is in inside sales. Scott has been with Metra since 2004.

Beth Simmons has been in the electrical industry since 1989; with Metra since 1998. Before joining Metra, she was in inside sales for a competitive agency in Florida. Beth is in inside sales.

Paul Bradlyn has been in the electrical business since 1978; with Metra since 2001. Before joining Metra, he was a regional sales manager for a major instrument manufacturer. Paul is in inside sales.

Pedro Rivera, while new to our industry, possesses excellent communication skills, and is experienced in customer service. Pedro is fluent in spanish. Pedro is in inside sales. Pedro has been with Metra since 2005.

In addition, our staff consists of  Orrie Fenn, inventory control specialist, Cheri Stefanko, receptionist, Michael Napier - warehouse manager, and three  warehousemen.
