Principal Review

Robert J. Bishop is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BSEE Degree and graduate work in management. Before the formation of Metra Associates, Inc. Mr. Bishop was Vice President of Market Development and Product Engineering for ITE Imperial Corporation, a N.Y.S.E. company.

After 32 years,Bob Bishop decided to retire on October 15,2007,but will remain available in an advisory position with the company.

Gerald Kerensky is a graduate of Long Island University with a BS Degree in Economics. Before the formation of Metra Associates, Inc., Mr. Kerensky was Sales Manager for Slater Electric, Inc. of Glen Cove, New York.

Dennis Lopez attended Seton Hall University and majored in marketing. Before entering the agency business, Mr. Lopez' most recent business affiliation was in contractor sales management for Consolidated Electric Supply Company in South Florida.
